The Short Version
Member Sink does not collect, store, transmit, or share any of your personal data. There are no analytics, no tracking, no accounts, and no servers. Everything you do in the app stays entirely on your device.
No Data Collection
Member Sink does not collect any data from you. None. Zero. This includes:
- No personal information — We don't ask for your name, email, phone number, or any other personal details.
- No usage analytics — We do not use any analytics frameworks. We don't track how you use the app, which screens you visit, or how often you open it.
- No crash reporting — We do not use third-party crash reporting tools. No crash data is sent anywhere.
- No device information — We don't collect your device model, OS version, IP address, or any device identifiers.
- No location data — We never access or track your location.
- No advertising identifiers — There are no ads in Member Sink and we do not use any advertising SDKs or tracking pixels.
Your Data Stays on Your Device
All loyalty codes, membership barcodes, QR codes, screenshots, and any data you add to Member Sink is stored locally on your device using iOS's built-in secure storage. This data:
- Is never uploaded to any server
- Is never transmitted over the internet
- Is never shared with third parties
- Is never accessible to us or anyone else
- Is protected by your device's built-in security (passcode, Face ID, Touch ID)
If you delete the app, all your data is permanently removed from your device.
No Accounts Required
Member Sink does not require you to create an account, sign in, or provide any credentials. There is no registration process. You install the app and start using it immediately.
No Third-Party Services
Member Sink does not integrate with any third-party services, SDKs, or APIs that collect data. Specifically:
- No Google Analytics or any other analytics platform
- No Firebase or any cloud backend
- No Facebook SDK or any social media integration
- No ad networks of any kind
- No tracking pixels or fingerprinting
No Internet Connection Required
Member Sink works entirely offline. The app never makes any network requests. It does not connect to the internet for any reason. Your device's network connection is never used by the app.
Photo Library Access
Member Sink requests access to your photo library solely to let you import screenshots of your loyalty codes and membership barcodes. This access is:
- Only used when you explicitly choose to add a code from a photo
- Processed entirely on your device
- Never transmitted or uploaded anywhere
- Limited to the photos you specifically select
Children's Privacy
Since Member Sink does not collect any data from anyone, it does not collect data from children under the age of 13 (or any other age). The app is safe for users of all ages.
Changes to This Policy
If we ever change this privacy policy, we will update this page. Our commitment to not collecting your data is fundamental to Member Sink and we do not anticipate this changing.
